I was doing some research on FETs for Bidirectional Bus switching and found this item:

Interesting technology. If you've got a high voltage application, you should also look into IGBT technology. However, my guess is most people who scale up the OpenServo hardware will need H-bridges that handle a lot more current (dozens of amps) at relatively low voltages (~24V). Here, a more interesting datasheet would be for the IRL3103. It's used in speed controllers that are popular with the fighting robot crowd (of which I am a member).

Well, ...hggrmmpph...maybe if you are making a 50 foot robot the likeness of yourself, like Michael Jackson is, you might need a FredFET. I vote to rename Fred to Jackson and call it the JacksonFET. Laughing

Yes, I cant imagine needing a 120v FET...
