Please help, I am a beginner openvervo. I installed the WinCVS, but I cannot login

The CVS informed me that

cvs [login aborted]: connect to failed: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****


I tryed many time, cannot login to.

Please help me.

I just loged in. I used this line under admin --> login --> check CVSROOT and put this next line in the text entry location.

:pserver;username=anonymous;password=;hostname=www.openservo.com;port=2401:/openservo

Hmmm, could that be a firewall issue?
